INDIANAPOLIS, IN. November 10, 2016 – MPI Corporation announced that Elise Densborn, formerly Director of Enterprise Risk Management at MPI Corp, has joined the Transformation Team as Director of Process Improvement and Transformation.

MPI Corporation in its mission to build businesses and enrich lives has created a corporate service staff with the purpose of transforming acquired businesses into more effective organizations with greater operational and relational health.  Led by Kent Snyder, Vice President of Process Improvement & Enterprise Integration, the team assesses the health of the business’s operations, finances and culture to develop and manage a plan to transform the company for long-term success in pursuit of its chosen strategy.
