Kent Snyder joined MPI Corporation in 2013 as the Vice President of Process Improvement and Enterprise Integration leading the development of a culture that leverages our greatest asset, our employees. Kent believes that the best way drive sustained improvement is to Engage, Equip, and Empower those doing the work.
As a corporate resource for process improvement, Kent serves the operating companies by providing tools, methods, and direction allowing them to discover how to do their job better, and deliver increased value to their internal and external customers. Kent is also responsible for managing integration across the enterprise to streamline cross-company and corporate processes.
Kent has 25+ years of experience helping companies realize productivity enhancement and process improvement. His journey includes serving as an industrial Engineer for General Motors, automating processes with General Electric, improving customer service and operational efficiency as a consultant with Pritsker Corporation, and automating back office workflows as a Principal consultant with Xerox Corporation. While at Xerox Kent became a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and led the “At the Customer for the Customer” Initiative. Prior to coming to MPI Kent served as the Director of Client Operations overseeing service operations at Eli Lilly and WellPoint, two of Xerox’s largest clients.
