Human Resources Manager. Location: HTI

OVERVIEW:

Responsible for overall administration and coordination of the human resources function at HTI by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit, interview, and select candidates for non-exempt positions.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new employees.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate personnel records, including hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and other statistics critical for decision-making.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance to management.
  • Policy and Procedure: Interpret, administer, and provide counsel on company policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Time and Attendance: Administer time and attendance reporting, ensuring accurate data for payroll.
  • Performance Management: Assist with annual and quarterly employee development plans
  • Communication: Effectively communicate policies, procedures, benefits, and other relevant information to employees.
  • Off Boarding: Conduct exit interviews and manage related documentation for departing employees.
  • Benefits: Understand employee benefits to assist with enrollment and address basic inquiries.
  • Leave Administration: Administer employee leaves, including required paperwork.
  • Shift Support: Provide support and communication to employees across shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience or education in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Desire and ability to learn.
  • Strong report-writing and communication skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
